CCCI - Submission Requirements

Electronic Submissions

Material may be submitted at any stage (PDF, MPEG etc). Please remember that scripts must be attached at all stages including post-production.

TV/Cinema

Initial Stage: Script, together with any supporting visual material (storyboard, animatic etc).
Intermediate Stage: Mpeg and script.
Post-Production: Mpeg of completed commercial and copy of post-production script.

Radio

Initial Stage: Script.
Post-Production:MP3 of completed commercial and copy of post-production script.

Press/Magazines

Initial Stage: Layout and copy.
Post-Production: Copy of completed advertisement.

Outdoor/Transport

Initial Stage: Layout and copy.
Post-Production: Completed advertisement.

Internet/Digital

Initial Stage: Layout and copy.
Post-Production: Completed material including links where relevant.

Any other non-traditional advertising (e.g. Ambient)

Initial Stage: Layout and copy.
Post-Production: Completed advertisement.
